At Fleet and Fur, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Your satisfaction is our mission.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of pet consumables, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for safety and health reasons.

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was lost or undelivered

🕒 Timeframe

Claims for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

📝 How to Request a Refund

Please email us at [fleetandfur@gmail.com] with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A photo of the product issue (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Please include in the subject line (Refund Request)

💵 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Opened treats or supplements (unless defective)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders returned without authorization
